We had brunch with our good friends and they made these D-elicious little casseroles - with cheesy polenta, egg, bacon and more cheese. Yum! We ate brunch in their gorgeous backyard while the kids ran in the sprinklers and then we spent a good hour assembling a huge rocket and launching it in the backyard! I had a lot of photos to work with but this breakfast really deserved the honors!
